1. Scientific and reasonable spatial cooperation planning: the winding of the flat wire inductance coil is tight and flat between turns, which increases the effective cross-sectional area of the wire and makes full use of the limited assembly space of the magnetic core to achieve the lowest DCR under the same volume, greatly reducing the copper loss of the product and increasing the temperature rise current of the product.
2. The shape of the magnetic core thoroughly cooperates with coil planning, and the magnetic field leakage is reduced to a minimum, achieving a more superior shielding effect than the traditional patch inductance.
3. The magnetic core is die-cast with alloy metal, which reduces the magnetic loss of the product to the minimum and has the saturation current characteristic that traditional inductors cannot overcome.
4. The core column can arbitrarily adjust the air gap to achieve greater current impact.
5. Lead directly from the pin as a welding terminal, can completely prevent the product open phenomenon.
6. The coil is wound by C-grade AIW enamelled copper wire, with super solvent resistance, thermal stability, high softening breakdown, radiation resistance, freezing resistance.
7. The special air gap structure in the magnetic core, even if the current exceeds the extra scale, will not lead to a sudden decrease in inductance, which can prevent a series of problems caused by current overload.
8. Surface coating treatment, excellent insulation function.
