NC09 high strength polymide film is a kind of special plastic film, flat and smooth, no crease, no particular
air bubble and no pinhole, with excellent mechanical properties, dielectric properties, long-term working temperature-195 degree to 280 degree, widely used in sophisticated products in military appliance, statellite navigation, digital product, electric motors, computer, mobile phone and so on, such as the base dielectrics in flexible printed circuits (FPC), tape automated bonding (TAB), pressure
sensitive tape(PST), and insulation for electric motor(Insulation) etc.
High strength polyimide films provide excellent electrical, thermal, physical and chemical properties over a wide temperature range in a lightweight package (136 sq ft/lb [28
m2/kg] for 1 mil) making them superior for electrical insulation applications.
SHUN XUAN® high strength polyimide films are produced in a world-class process that makes them dimensionally stable and inherently isotropic, meeting exacting tolerances, physically
strong and electrical sound in widths up to 61.8 in. (1570 mm). These products meet all the requirements of ASTM D5213 (superseded MIL-P-46112B).
SHUN XUAN high strength polyimide films are available in 1, 2, and 3 mil (25, 50, 75μm) at a maximum width of
1040mm with continuous lengths from 1000 to 10,000 ft. (3000 m). The standard core is 3 in. (76.2 mm) nominal on cardboard. Width tolerance on slit materials will be held to 10mm up to the max width of 1040mm.
Splices may occur with slit width orders. The minimum length between splices will be 300 ft. (91 m). Material can also be coated to fit your application needs.

The high strength polyimide film should be stored in a dry and clean room, should be placed in a box with floating support, can not be erected. Not close to the fire, heat or direct sunlight. Quality guarantee period of two year. |
