1. How to choose the correct nonwoven for our wet wipe product?
Non-woven is the major ingredient of wet wipes, it is a fabric that does not require spin and weave, it is made by bonding the fiber together via physical (machine, hot melting bonding) or chemical method.
Some manufacturers wants to reduce their cost, make wet wipes by Cotton Cloth or Fiber Material instead of non-woven, this kind of wipes would easily get mildewed & go bad, further more it leaves fluff on skin as there are impurities on the low quality cotton cloth materials.
If the hygienic qualification is good,the quality of non-woven directly affects the user experience of wet wipes.
