Production Process:

1. Unwinding:

3. Forming welding:

4. Weld leveling:

Hydraulic horizontal push design, inner lined mandrel, external pressure mold, reciprocating rolling, removing the weld height, and smooth transition with the original material;

5. Polishing:

Automatic tracking and polishing, manual adjustment and polishing, good stability and fine polishing;

6.Solution annealing

7. Sizing and straightening:

8. Cutting
